The only thing in your way to enjoying those games is the prices I suppose…At 500£ it’s a snip , and a little more than you would pay for a nice widescreen telly hehe. Its been quite a challenge last week, as work drained most of my time and left me with very little sleep .But Its also been quite rewarding , as I have been able to indulge in Oscar Wilde’s “the portrait of Dorian Gray” during my train journeys to and from work. Not only was I faced with the pleasure of England’s glorious countryside, but I was faced with the most marvellous prose.
“He played with the idea, and grew wilful; tossed it into the air and transformed it; let it escape and recaptured it; made it iridescent with fancy, and winged it with paradox.”
Clearly something one must read when boredom hits ones pleasure.
The Bac is now finished, well most of the important exams anyway. I hope everyone enjoyed the surreal nature of this exam, created by the mist of folly that is, the Lycee’s will for superiority. No longer will you be slaves of the establishment!
For the rest of you on holiday, I hope Its going well. If you’re in London, we gotta meet this weekend for a lil gathering at Matt’s place on Friday.
About the updates, I’m still working on a few things. I’m facing a busy week ahead so it will slow progress, but its looking good : )
Until the next time… Q
